1 Overview
GWB0.4 series column-mounted low-voltage reactive power compensation device is a new technology product developed by our company. It adopts high-quality self-healing low-voltage shunt capacitors, special capacitor switching switches, and advanced intelligent switching controllers, which are packaged in a stainless steel box. Medium, suitable for outdoor installation.

1.1 Centralized collection and group compensation;
1.2 Optional three-phase total compensation, separate phase compensation, or mixed compensation switching with common compensation, separate compensation and coexistence;
1.3 It adopts compensation control technology such as cyclic switching, coding switching, etc., each group is used in a balanced manner, the capacity combination is flexible, and the failure rate is low;

When the voltage>the upper limit of the setting (setting within the range of 1.0~1.15UN), the under-reactive power will not be turned on, and the turned-off full cut (sequential cut);
3.1.12 Self-check and reset function: After each power-on, the controller performs self-check and resets the output circuit to make it in an open circuit state.
3.1.13 Switching mode: automatic cycle switching, that is, the one that is connected first breaks first, and the one that breaks later is switched on, so that the capacitor bank works in turn;
3.1.14 Security protection function:
3.1.15 Short circuit protection: protected by an air circuit breaker;
3.1.16 Phase loss protection (when three-phase sampling is connected): When the line voltage is lower than 65% of the rated value, it is regarded as a phase failure, and the output circuit is cut off by the controller;

3.2 Technical characteristics
3.2.1 Control physical quantity: reactive power, no compensation for dead zone, small load does not produce switching oscillation.
3.2.2 Automatic phase sequence recognition function: When the input B and C phase voltage and A phase current are correctly wired, the secondary terminals S1 and S2 of the current transformer can be connected at will without affecting the correct operation of the controller.

3.3 Device structure
The box body of GWB0.4 series compensation device is made of stainless steel plate by bending and welding, and the top of the box body is equipped with a rain-proof cover. The bottom of the box is provided with ventilation holes, and the front and sides of the box are provided with doors that can be opened not less than 90 degrees.

4. Model naming
4.1 Naming

4.2 Ordering instructions

The user should first calculate the reactive power Qc to be compensated according to the active capacity P (kW) of the line (equipment) to be compensated, the power factor COSФ1 before compensation, and the power factor COSФ2 after compensation.

Then select the number of compensation groups and group capacity according to the actual load needs (the group capacity is preferably 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50kvar), and then this series of naming rules gives the specification number of the compensation device.

This is the theoretically calculated capacity. Generally, it is sufficient to select the capacitor capacity according to this calculated value. To calculate accurately, the rated voltage of the capacitor also needs to be considered. Because the rated capacity of the capacitor (that is, the installed capacity) is the capacity under the rated voltage of the capacitor, and the capacity calculated by the above formula refers to the capacity of the compensation capacitor required under the actual operating voltage of the line. The two are not equivalent. The relationship between the two is:

When there is a series reactor, the actual output capacity of the capacitor must be subtracted from the part consumed by the reactor. When calculating the installed capacity, the capacity of the reactor should be added.
